I'm renting Ergo Proxy (I just finished watching the 3rd disk). Story; Re-L (19 yrs of age) is the main character . . . I guess (there are more like 3) . . . and Daedalus is her childhood love. They live happily ever after.

I wish.

People die about every other episode or so, and the color scheme has a lot of grey in it, so I'm worried it's going to be a tragedy. ): Basically, future; Earth is unliveable, so a domed city called Romdo is a mini-utopia. Androids exist. A virus called the Cogito virus keeps infecting them and giving them the ability to do whatever they want to. Result; chaos. Then the proxies show up. More chaos. Vincent Law seems to be connected to teh proxies, so Re-L decides to track him down. Then he goes on a mission of self-discovery and Re-L tags along. Meanwhile, random people do random things (namely, Daedalus researches the proxies ).

Daedalus Yumeno is . I'm kind of worried he might be insane, but I can deal with that. I'm also worried the ending is going to involve him being evil or something, but I have to remember that at the beginning he was adorable!

He's a doctor (head of medical stuff, actually) and Iggy (not the one from Maximum Ride; he's Re-L's android thing) keeps calling him Re-L's prince. Aww, how cute.
